Tee Shirt: Asmar Equestrian | Shorts: One Teaspoon | Sunglasses: Persol | Backpack: Alexander Wang (not mine unfortunately) | Shoes: Acne Studios | Watch: Toy Watch | Shirt (around waist): Lauren Ralph Lauren
As I write this post, I’m mourning the loss of a white teeshirt to an apricot / pickle juice stain. Its in the wash. Hopefully it recovers.
How is this relevant — you ask?
Lately, I’ve been obsessed with wearing all white everything. There’s something very unattainable about white clothing. When I bought these Acne trainers last March, the fact that they were designer made them unattainable enough. Add in white leather and I was basically in heaven. Problem? Turns out, wearing shoes makes them dirty overtime. Being a young adult who’s pretty lazy with garment maintenance (I wear hoodies 99% of the time), my mom gave me a talking to. Turns out, Mr. Clean Magic Eraser makes white shoes look like new. Just remember to wash the laces separately. Still haven’t done that yet….
On a different note, this Asmar bamboo tee has been an essential during this heat wave. Keeps the sun burns at bay — plus its crazy soft and just thick enough to not be see through.
Let me know what your favourite white pieces are in the comments! See you next week <3.

Today I found inspiration from a person I saw. Call me a copycat. It’s cool. I was on the tube a week ago, and I saw a girl wearing a sheer, long sleeved shirt over jeans and under a leather jacket. She wore a chain overtop. She was crazy cool.
Once the envy subsided, I decided to copy her. I already owned most of what she was wearing, I had simply never thought of putting these items together. Safe to say I’m obsessed.
Since its revision period, I don’t have any life changing updates. I’ve been in the library till far too late, blasting Jaden Smith and drinking copious amounts of tea from my Tate Modern mug. Sometimes, when things are not so fun, we all need coping measures.
Comment below if you’ve ever copied someone’s outfit! Also, feel free to tell me you’re revision coping strategies — I need all the help I can get.

Lately, Scotland has been stellar. The sun is finally out, and I can actually take photos without my hands freezing off. Success! Plus, I only have 1000 more words to write before all of my papers are done. During a study break, I walked around the Old Course and tried to take advantage of the sunlight. With great trial and error, I managed to set up some dope shots.
Even though I’ve been crazy busy, this blog always manages to be fun more than a chore. A couple of days ago, I rocked this outfit and decided to wear it again [don’t worry mom — it’s clean]. The teeshirt and trousers pair quite well, and the vest prevents stripe overload. Love. Also, there’s something about harem trousers and high tops that kills me. Call me Bieber. It’s cool.
Also repping some Swedish finds, particularly this gilet. I’m pretty sure its mens, but since when did I ever care about looking like a boy? … LOL…
Comment below on your favourite way to wear stripes on stripes — or, if you’re an outfit repeater. Like me. #Shameless.

As I write this post, I am no longer in Sweden. From the abundance of attractive men (go to any Joe and the Juice in Stockholm and you’ll understand), to the AMAZING shopping and food, I honestly didn’t want to leave. Although I spent most of the trip eating and checking out museums, I obviously made time for some Swedish shopping. First stop? Acne Studios. Naturally, I couldn’t resist these trainers. At first I thought they were quite strange, but they’re almost an art piece unto themselves. I also did some damage at Wesc, Galagowear, and Cos — I’m hooked.
Although I’m not exactly a Swedish minimalist, I love their enthusiasm for street wear and geometry (which is rather lacking in this preppy Scottish place). Since I bought more than the jacket, shoes and tee, keep an eye out for more Swedish things in future posts.
Comment Below: What are your favourite Swedish brands? Any recommendations?

Thanks for the patience — I haven’t been on my “A Game” thanks to a sand dune induced case of whiplash (think concussion symptoms without the concussion. And feeling like you sprained your ankle, but in your neck). If anything, this experience has made me grateful for my health, youth, and all the work my body does 24/7 that I don’t even think about.
Now that I feel much better, I packed my bags and flew to Sweden. First stop? the MoMa of course. I’m currently taking modern art in art history, and my aim is to appreciate it more. Based on my fascination with the gigantic spider, I think my visit worked. (The museum is wonderful!!!!).
For this outfit, I decided that I was going to freeze for fun. Its my Canadian blood. I layered a teeshirt over my DVF dress and I am completely obsessed. As if this dress wasn’t amazing & versatile enough on its own. With the pop of red, I feel like a lady (thanks MAC Lady Danger for matching my Nikes).
I hope you guys enjoyed this post! Comment below if you’ve ever been to Sweden, or have MoMa recommendations. I’m on the hunt for more :).
